Pleasant customer experience with BYX and the Shop is a one-stop service where you can find most of the things you require there. A unique retail experience, as they have very friendly staff like Adrian and Jacky which were extremely attentive during my time in the store. I bought my first road bike Wilier from BYX. Explain to Jacky that this is my first road bicycle and he assists me to get into my bicycle for a fitting and taught me some cycling tips. Adrian, has guided me through the purchases of accessories for my bicycle and explained the practicality of it, and covered the most important part of how to clean and maintain the bicycle.
