It’s been about a month but finally found the time to write a review for this amazing team!! Although I barely gave them 2 days notice about my order, the team really pulled through to accommodate my delivery! Communication with Jolis was so efficient and after mentioning that this was a surprise party, she offered to have the delivery team call me before they arrived to make sure the birthday girl was out. Even when I had to suddenly push back the delivery by another hour (an hour before the scheduled delivery) they were still so patient in assisting me and came through :’) Specially want to thank the 2 people who did the delivery because they had to transfer the balloons in the rain.
