The showroom has a good selection of sturdy quality products at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’d visited the showroom at their lunch hour, when a notice indicated they were closed. Thought I’d still try my luck to ring the doorbell, which to my pleasant surprise, someone opened the door! Despite my interruption during their lunch hour, I still got the service with a smile and a warm welcome. That made me spend more than I was initially supposed to for my visit. If you need advise on buying quality products for your loved ones, do give them a visit.

- Control over social distancing at the store was good with a certain maximum number allowed in the store. Others had to sit outside the store awaiting their turns to enter the store.
- The range of products for elderly folks are quite wide, good quality and practical. Prices are fixed and transparent.
- The staff attending to us were all knowledgeable and very helpful in explaining the products.
- Although there was a public holiday, the staff made extra efforts to deliver the purchase on the date requested. Actual delivery was slightly delayed by a couple of hours due to heavy rain but I received a message in advance to advise and anticipate the delay.
- Would strongly recommend those in needs of lifestyle products for elderly to visit the store.
