Just had a visit there and I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Receptionists were nice and welcoming, unlike at other clinics with grouchy (usually) aunties where they think professionalism isn’t required since they’re just receptionists. Apart from the registration, I was also very happy with my consultation with Dr Vincent Chia. He was patient and took the time to explain whatever I needed to know in detail. Not to mention, he was nothing like the other doctors I’ve visited: condescending or in a rush to get you out of the room and move on to the next patient. He was very engaged and definitely the friendliest doctor I’ve met.
